Sorry I haven’t been posting much these days.  I’ve been really busy with school and all.  I found a great blog about Frugaility called Frog’s blog.  He’s always hopping on the latest thing, such a nut.  Also, let’s never forget the person whom I dedicated this blog to, The Social Networking Side Dish, Mr Turnip of Power.  I read those two blogs daily and can’t get enough of them.

A Quite Weekend

Turnip was sited dusting off the furniture and cleaning his tables.  At least that’s what I think his post was about.   Actually, Optimize Your Tables was an article about using phpMyAdmin to optimize your WordPress installaion through your website control panel.  So far nobody has crashed their blog following the procedure, so it looks pretty safe.  Go ahead and give it a try, and don’t forget to thank the Turnip for writing another informative post. Lets not forget to mention E-shakes who added a link to find books on Amazon.com about Smoothies and other diet drinks.

Some good articles recently.   E-shakes.com had an article on coffee table books about smoothies and protein shakes.  Everyone likes reading about low carb diets, and every good low carb diet starts with a healthy protein shake.   So delicious.   In other news, Turnipofpower.com posted  congratulations to the New York giants on winning the Superbowl.  Seeing where this team was just 2 months ago, who would have thunk it?  Great job to all the New York Giants shoving Beantown’s perfect season up their you-know-what.
